Virtual Initial Body Movement Assessment (45-60 minutes)


  • This involves postural observation and body movement testing

  • A detailed past medical history record.

  • Goals and expectations of what and when will be discussed.

  • A safe and effective environment to get back to fitness after injury.

  • Any individual lack of strength/ coordination/ balance/ endurance will be focused on.

  • A specifically designed training regime.

  • Achieve function of the body as a whole. 

Virtual Body Movement Follow Up (45 minutes)

  • Continue to work at the individual goals already set out in the Initial Body Movement appointment.

  • Each Follow Up appointment with careful detail of movement to ensure safe and effective progress.

  • Development and improvement in the areas that are vital to you.

  • Retesting of body movements.

  • Progressive Home Exercise Training (Homework!)
