Need some spring to your step? If you feel weak when you walk or run, or just need a starting point with your rehab, this is for you. Join this challenge to get a 21-day program to identify your weakness and introduce strength and flexibility where you need it most. This program is designed for the beginner in the lead up to become a strong walker or as a precursor to run. You get daily prompts explaining how to do the movement or exercise well. Plus reminders and queries into what you feel as an individual during this training program.
