Places are limited so Lucy can keep an eye on everyone, even on the screen!

Led by Lucy, one of our osteopaths and a qualified, experienced yoga instructor, this gentle, restorative session is ideal if you’d like to:

✅ Improve flexibility with reassuring guidance
✅ Learn to manage your back or joint pain
✅ Stay active and relaxed between treatments

 

 

Lucy combines her medical knowledge as an osteopath with her background in yoga and personal training to help you move, breathe, and connect with your body safely and confidently.
