​What to Expect During Your Appointment
We are friendly, approachable and will listen to the detail of your issue. Whether that be a pain, ache or general discomfort, how this has presented is just as important to get to the real cause and therefore stop it reoccurring!
On your first visit, we’ll take the time to fully understand your symptoms and how they are affecting your day-to-day life. To take a comprehensive assessment of your spine and relevant joints will follow, we will require you to remove some clothing to observe the affected area clearly, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing or shorts.

We will always explain what we’re doing and why, and respond to any feedback from you, so you feel safe and informed throughout.

Following your initial appointment, we’ll have a good chat about how we get you back to feeling yourself and the best next steps for staying that way.
